Dear President Trump,

First, congratulations. I am a huge fan. I have been since you beat Hillary. I've written threads on my Substack (very limited reach), explaining how you saved the world from a corrupt CCP.

This is regarding the upcoming Senate hearing for RFK Jr.'s senate confirmation hearing.

There is no better information anywhere on earth that shows that RFK Jr. is unfit to be the Secretary of Health and Human Services than the information I present below. This information will also be sent to all members of Congress.

Around January of 2020, before the roll out and mass mandate of the COVID vaccine, I discovered the fatal flaw with any current or future COVID vaccine.

The basic premise of the COVID vaccine is simple. Upon receiving a dose of spike antigen (from a vaccine), the patient would form COVID IgG antibodies that would be present in the lung air space and in the event a COVID virus somehow made its way into the lung air space, the COVID antibody would bind the virus before it could infect a lung alveolar epithelial cell (the main type infected by the COVID virus). The fatal flaw I discovered was ridiculously simple but fundamental.

The lung air space is bounded by the blood/lung barrier which can even prevent tiny water molecules of 18 Daltons from filling our lung air space. The COVID IgG antibody is formed outside the lungs. In order to reach the lung air space where the COVID virus is infecting our lung cells, the COVID IgG antibody has to pass through the blood lung barrier. Unfortunately, there is no path through the water-proof lung barrier for the COVID IgG antibody. There is no pore large enough to allow the massive 145,000 Dalton COVID IgG antibody molecule to pass through the blood/lung barrier into the lung air space.

When I discovered this, I ran it by all my most intelligent physician friends. They were uniformly shocked, and no one had a rebuttal. Around May of 2020, I called my mentor, Dr. Peter McDonnell, who is currently the Director of Ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins (he trained me as a fellow in refractive surgery back in 1998 at USC/Doheny). Dr. McDonnell was equally shocked and within a few minutes, remarked that I would be going to Stockholm for this finding. We have had many discussions about COVID and the vaccine from that point. He is also still in disbelief that I can't get this information out to the public.

Now, having vetted this huge, fundamental flaw with the COVID vaccine, I sent every member of Congress the same letter I sent Dr. Anthony Fauci, explaining this massive flaw. His team responded (via Dr. Emily Erbelding who is still the Director of Infectious disease at the NIH). The response was woefully inadequate, and it seemed that Dr. Fauci wanted to bury this issue. I responded with a 73-page letter that I also put a US copyright on, February 2021. (US copyright. No. TXu002243916, 2021-02-03). Dr. Fauci never responded to that letter, which describes the issues with COVID and the vaccine better than any other current paper, even today. That document would have been sufficient to put Fauci in prison for life, for ignoring that information and still rolling out the COVID vaccine when he had NO IDEA how the COVID antibody even entered the lung air space.

I spent two solid years trying to get this information to any Director at the CDC, NIH or FDA that could possibly have any influence and correct this massive mistake. I have the most incredible paper trail on earth regarding this issue.

I lost faith in physicians and scientists during this time. Not one director had a scientific rebuttal. I had the most incredible science to show that the COVID vaccine could NEVER work via a neutralizing antibody in the lung air space since the gargantuan IgG COVID antibody had no viable path through the lung barrier into the lung air space. Yet not one director would do the right thing and alert the public to this massive oversight.

I graduated from the University of Michigan Medical school in 1994. I completed my residency in ophthalmology at Loma Linda University. I completed a two-year fellowship in refractive surgery at USC/Doheny. Then, I went into private practice and have performed more than 70,000 refractive surgeries during the past 27 years. I am still board certified in California and still performing eye surgery. As you can see, I am on the “science” side. I scored 97 percentile on my Part 1 Board exam. I am all about the science. My clinical record is extremely clean. I have not had a single Lasik lawsuit or claim filed to my malpractice insurance since I opened my three offices in 2020 (now two).

I had nowhere else to turn so I started approaching famous “anti-vaxxers.” RFK Jr. is clearly the most famous “anti-vaxxer” although he won't even call himself that. Around August of 2022, I called RFK Jr.'s attorney and spilled my story. He gave me 5 minutes. But he must have felt that my story was serious enough to immediately forward my email with the summary of my information and the 73-page letter to Fauci as an attachment to RFK Jr. that same day. RFK Jr. must have believed that email was important enough to send that same letter that SAME DAY to his dozen consultants, including most of the big “anti-COVID vaccine” leaders at the time, including Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Robert Malone. There was quite a back and forth because RFK Jr's consultants don't understand science.

I had just delivered to them the knockout blow for the COVID vaccine but because they didn't want me to “steal their thunder,” they decided NOT to use this incredible paper trail I had created, starting September 2020, including a 73-page letter with a copyright on it that would end Dr. Anthony Fauci's reputation as an ethical physician.

Soon after RFK Jr. and his group rejected my information, I got on Twitter for the first time. With my first @leelasik account, within weeks, I had my first viral thread, one exposing Fauci, and had over 10,000 followers in 12 hours. But, a little over half a year later, my Twitter account was canceled. I have no proof that it was RFK Jr. but I was in the middle of writing a thread exposing RFK Jr. when I lost my account and his daughter in law was an executive at Twitter then.

I was gone for six months. During that time, I reviewed everything I had done. I had faxed and emailed thousands of physicians since September 2020. I had found irrefutable proof that the COVID vaccine could NOT have been “EFFECTIVE” since the COVID antibody molecule had NO PATH into the lung air space. I had even sent all my information to the California Medical Board and EVERY state medical board explaining that THEY were the “misinformation”, and the California Medical Board's chief legal counsel NEVER even threatened to take my California medical license away, although we did email back and forth. One of the California board members even agreed to try to HELP ME.

I even had a back-and-forth email conversation with the chief legal counsel at the FDA where I explained that if not one scientist at the FDA can explain HOW the massive COVID IgG antibody passes through the watertight lung barrier, then the FDA should have a WARNING LABEL on every COVID vaccine that states that.

My stories are incredible. The NIH Director at the time, Dr. Francis Collins, was my genetics professor during medical school and so I personally called his executive assistant, who was shocked at my information, explained that the best way to reach Dr. Collins was to use both his emails and she provided his second email AND she acknowledged receipt of my emails. But even this man of faith couldn't follow the science.

After being canceled off of Twitter, I had time to review everything. As I was reviewing it all, a thought struck me and wouldn't leave my mind. A lightbulb went off in my mind and I sat there in shock at the sheer size of the mistake. I couldn't sleep for a couple of days.

What I discovered? When a patient has their first COVID vaccine, the body produces COVID multi-focal antibodies in response to the spike antigen in their blood. Then, in two months, this patient is given a booster COVID vaccine. In my mind, the question was simple. The patient HAS high levels of COVID multi-focal antibodies in their blood at two months. Why is this patient NOW being given a booster COVID vaccine, which will irrefutably put spike antigen into this patient's blood, when the patient HAS a high level of COVID multi-focal antibodies in his blood? Won't the spike antigen from the booster vaccine bind the COVID multi-focal antibodies from the first vaccine? How would this NOT happen? I wrote up a 156-page document, named it the “STRING MECHANISM” and put a copyright on it and got back on Twitter with an old account I had set up long ago for my Lasik Eye Center practice, but had never used, @lasikeyecenter. I got back on X around October of 2023. I was on for one year, wrote over a 100,000 posts during that one year, and was just canceled again last month by X.

Based on my first suspension from X with my first @leelasik account, I learned that I may be suspended at any time so I had a habit of routinely publishing my longer threads on X with my second @lasikeyecenter account onto my Substack (https://josephyleemd.substack.com). During this one year, I reached out to everyone who was anyone in immunology, vaccinology and presented the String Mechanism. What was incredible to me? Not one response. Not one scientific rebuttal. And one of my followers pointed out to me that what I had discovered was actually in their general immunology textbooks. Yes, if you put multi-focal antibodies into a beaker of saline and then you add it's antigen, there WILL BE clumping. It is very well described in every basic immunology textbook. They even named it, PRECIPITINS (since the antibody and its antigen PRECIPITATE out of solution). It happens in the lab in a beaker of saline. It will happen in the blood of patients and in the blood of children.

I would write a thread, explaining this issue of the antibody BINDING it's own antigen from the booster vaccine, then publish the thread on my Substack, then add the Substack link to the thread to show the receiving party that deleting my information and blocking my account would be an act of bad faith.

Incredibly? This issue is so fundamental that it also affects most childhood vaccines. The American Academy of Pediatrics was informed by me also. I wrote them over 2000 posts over dozens of threads. I published most of them as soon as I wrote them. I called them BABY KILLERS with a very thorough thread explaining why I am calling them that. They were deathly afraid to BLOCK ME or MUTE ME since the PREP ACT, which provides pediatricians “legal immunity” for their vaccine activities, also NEGATES that same legal immunity if there is “willful misconduct.” Trying to COVER UP such a massive oversight is clearly WILLFUL MISCONDUCT and so they never blocked me or muted me. Before me? They would post many times a day. After all my threads? They drastically reduced their postings, just to necessary announcements. They NEVER sued me for calling them BABY KILLERS.

I sent this “STRING MECHANISM” to almost every immunology journal on X. The top medical schools also got all this info from me. The top 20 children's hospitals in the US also got all the info from me. Almost everyone who is anyone in this field of vaccinology was sent this information by me. Even the Nobel Prize winners for their contribution to mRNA vaccine technology. Not one person had a rebuttal. How could they possible have one.

The String Mechanism only starts with THEIR antigen, the spike antigen. Then, the String Mechanism only uses their most FUNDAMENTAL and solid science, that the antibody WILL bind its antigen. Except in the case of multi-focal antibodies and a foreign antigen with multiple antigenic sites (the spike antigen is not an exception), it is beyond one antibody and one antigen binding to form one immune complex. The spike antigen will have multiple antigen sites. Let's give two sites a name, the top of the spike antigen and the bottom of the spike antigen. Multi-focal antibodies produced by the body will produce antibodies against both the top and the bottom of the spike antigen. After the first COVID vaccine, top and bottom antibodies to the spike antigen are present in blood. The booster vaccine puts more spike antigen in the blood. The top antibody binds the top of a spike antigen. The bottom of this antigen molecule is still exposed, and the bottom antibody now binds. But each antibody has another arm which can each bind ANOTHER spike antigen molecule. And the growth continues, like a string, or a complex, or a clump. But continues until PRECIPITATES form, which are visible to the naked eye, by THEIR definition of PRECIPITINS. This clump can then activate every immune cell in the body that has an FC receptor, including the Complement pathway, which destroys cells releasing tissue factor (which then activates coagulation), including platelets, which then initiates coagulation, including white blood cells and natural killer cells.

I explained this to an acquaintance, the past dean of the USC medical school, Dr.Rohit Varma, and asked him if this “STRING” would stop growing, and he said “NO.” He was in shock too.

What the COVID vaccine did do? A set up for hyper coagulation or CLOTS. The String Mechanism hasn't been scientifically refuted by a SINGLE scientist, not for lack of my trying. Over 100,000 posts on X, in a year span.

And most incredibly, this issue? Affects childhood vaccines, like the DTAP vaccine. If 67,000 pediatricians each give three children this DTAP vaccine every day (and they give the booster at two to three months from the first vaccine), then a million American children are being given a DTAP vaccine which can cause PRECIPITATES and CLOTS to form in the blood of children (and if this occurs in the brain—AUTISM) when not a SINGLE pediatrician can explain WHY they give the BOOSTER DTAP vaccine at two to three months, JUST when the child has the MOST multi-focal DTAP antibodies in their blood. If a mother of a child knew this information? She would NEVER let her child receive another childhood vaccine until these pediatricians are able to scientifically REFUTE this STRING MECHANISM, which it looks like they will NEVER be able to do.

What was NOTABLE during this ONE YEAR span during which I put 100,000 posts on X about the String Mechanism? Was the COMPLETE SILENCE by RFK Jr. and anyone affiliated with RFK Jr. What does it mean? Isn't RFK Jr. the founder of CHILDREN'S HEALTH DEFENSE? I raise the single largest, most massive oversight in the history of childhood vaccines, with a mechanism that can't be scientifically refuted but DOES show EXACTLY how clots and damage occurs (and how this can cause AUTISM if the clot happens to occur in the limbic system of the brain, with most childhood vaccines and RFK Jr. is utterly silent?

IF RFK Jr. is silent because he thinks he needs to suck it up until he gets more power, at which point, he will THEN do the right thing, that's a story that every politician understands and every honest politician knows the “right time to do the right thing” will NEVER happen for such corrupt politicians. If RFK Jr.'s excuse is that he doesn't understand the science, well, the BEST way to protect the HEALTH of Americans is by understanding SCIENCE. IF RFK Jr. has surrounded himself with consultants who can't understand science, which it appears he's done so far as I'm concerned, then isn't that the best evidence that RFK Jr. will make similar mistakes as the Secretary?

There WILL be a paradigm shift in medicine. How physicians and scientists missed this most OBVIOUS and simple fundamental flaw will be studied forever. Childhood vaccines will be a thing of the past. I am without question the smartest anti-vaxxer physician on earth. This will be the biggest paradigm shift in medicine. During the beginning of this paradigm shift away from childhood vaccines, I do NOT think it's appropriate to have an attorney like RFK Jr. at the top spot of our Human and Health Services organization. He will have his excuses for why he was silent with my lung barrier paper trail which destroys Dr. Fauci's claims of COVID vaccine “EFFECTIVENESS” and he will have his excuses for why he was silent on my STRING MECHANISM which destroys Dr. Fauci's claims of “SAFE” for the COVID vaccine.

But, during this transition, isn't it much more appropriate to have an ETHICAL PHYSICIAN/SCIENTIST at the helm?

And why was I permanently suspended on X last month with Elon Musk owing it? My last thread? Calling out Elon for his “Neuralink.” I made a $1million bet with Elon, explaining that I could beat ANY Neuralink patient for speed and accuracy of identical information, fed to me via my eyes and given to the Neuralink patient via their Neuralink device. I even gave him a million to one odds in my last iteration of the bet, meaning Elon only loses ONE DOLLAR to me if I beat his Neuralink patient. Elon has no understanding of medicine and has very little understanding of “efficiency” as he shows with HIS Neuralink company. That is also documented on my Substack. For the 3 months prior to the election, I called Kamala Harris a MASS KILLER of Americans with her COVID vaccine mandate, if no one can refute the String Mechanism, and repeatedly stated that in thousands of posts. But no warnings about those posts. But the moment I focus on Neuralink and its stupidity, that's when X permanently suspends me? Elon is a businessman. He doesn't seem to understand conflicts of interest and ethics.

The children of the world deserve better than pediatricians merely MANDATING their childhood vaccines. If pediatricians can't refute the String Mechanism, then more than half of their childhood vaccines have the MAIN EFFECT of causing DAMAGE to children. The best way to destroy BAD SCIENCE is with BRILLIANT SCIENCE, not a wannabe, like RFK Jr, who it appears, is climbing over the backs of America's children to reach HIS political goals. The time to HELP children and prevent children from being INJURED is always NOW.
