I have discovered the exact pathway for kidney damage that occurs during chronic hepatitis B infections.

@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds When liver cells are infected with Hepatitis B virus, the infected cells produce substantially more HBsAg than intact virion particles.
The body produces polyclonal antibodies in response to the HBsAg. As the antibody concentration increases, the infected liver cells -
@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds continue to produce and express HBsAg at a much higher rate than the complete virion particle. Clinicians often follow HBsAg as an indication of how severe the infection is.
Now, the patient has polyclonal antibodies to the HBsAg and the HBsAg is still being expressed.
@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds When you have polyclonal antibodies and its antigen in solution? They clump into precipitins which are of sufficient size to be visible to the naked eye, per immunology textbooks.

@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds What can be seen with the naked eye varies but 25,000 nanometers or 25 microns is a conservative number.
Capillaries have an internal diameter of less than 10 microns.
So these PRECIPITINS can BLOCK capillaries and the loop of henle or even prior to that.
@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds Ischemic damage occurs downstream from the blockage or kidney function is prevented from a physical obstruction of the loop of Henle.
This is currently the most specific hypothesis for renal damage during chronic hepatitis B infections.
@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds This is rather urgent because the COVID mRNA vaccine produces this exact same scenario in the blood of patients as can easily be seen in this 3 minute video.

@NatRevNeph @AmerAcadPeds If you will accept this as a letter to the editor for your journal, the world will much appreciate it since it is fairly clear that the MAIN EFFECT of the COVID mRNA vaccine is to create PRECIPITINS that then damage renal function.
