I believe you will win! Gods creation can not be superseded by any ARTIFICIAL “intelligence”!

Gods creations are the original ~ all else is Fake no matter how fast or “efficient” the ‘copycats’ are touted. 🙏🏼

The visual pathway evolved over at least a billion years. When the eyes don’t work and someone needs to learn braille? Meaning, inputting information into their brain via series of bumps detected by their sensory organs on their fingertips? It requires tremendous effort on the part of the blind patient.

There will NEVER be a Neuralink patient that can decode millions of zaps into their brain and be able to translate those tiny zaps into meaningful information.

Very smart observation about efficiency. I'd bet on the eye brain link myself.

Well done. My money's on you

I was quiet for a month. Don’t need to worry. It’s not because I’m giving up this fight. It’s so the dummies can continue to out themselves.

Perhaps the best should be winner receives money towards choice of their foundation, musk doesn't need money. When he loses, I am sure you know of foundations that do good that could use the donations

Go for it, Dr. Lee! I have faith...

But only if you have an extra million hanging around, just in case you lose! LOL!

I’ll never lose. This will prove how ignorant Elon is when it comes to biology. and he wants to colonize Mars? Being a billionaire does not automatically grant anyone more IQ points.

the challenge of what is measured could theoretically change if the rate limiting factor become the output into speech for both candidates instead of beign about the input rate of information.

Gotta add an extra clause to bullet-proof that, like saying you lose if you cant go 2x faster than the neuralink candidate 😄

I have zero concern. The standard distance between dots in a braille cell is about 2 mm. And it takes tremendous effort and years of training. It’s rare for someone to be able to read braille faster than 30 words a minute when learning after the age of 20. And that’s with a ridiculous amount of training and effort on the part of the patient.

The Neuralink patient will never be able to distinguish the tiny voltage zaps between the, what 100,000 electrodes that make contact, NOT with the peripheral nerves of the body, but directly into the brain? Some things will never happen. This is one of them.
